Welcome to the D'Mello Lab Research Interest Survey. We are based in The Department of Psychiatry and O'Donnell Brain Institute at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, as well as The Department of Psychology at the University of Texas at Dallas. Our research centers around language, cognition, and brain circuitry, and how these areas might differ in individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism. Current projects explore topics such as cognitive flexibility, special interests, and cerebellum functionality.
